I am asking for help from the outdoor community. I have always been amazed at how outdoorsmen offer assistance to anyone in field, from helping with a flat tire to offering information on where to place a stand or walk for birds. Not to my surprise, the responses I’ve received thus far are no different.

I recently started a t-shirt company, http://www.fielddressed.com, showing graphics that demonstrate the rich history of our sports. I like to think of them as a “classier” way to show how much I love to hunt and fish. They show the established dates of archery, gun hunting, and fishing and are offered in earth tone colors. My wife describes them as shirts I can wear when I’m with her.

If you have a minute, could you take a look at the site and let me know your thoughts? Also, could you let your readers know or forward this to any friends and family you think might be interested? They are priced to sell at $4 with free shipping on orders of three or more. I want to get the name to the market, as well as put out my new designs.

First of, I'm not sure if I mentioned it to you already before, I'm writing this Timekeeping System for our company. I know, I know, that it's old and I can find plenty of ready made stuff like that online, but the thing is, I'm the programmer for the company, so my job is more on writing systems for the company. They did mention that they have intention of selling it, but I never really thought of it that way. 

So, anyhow, I've been writing, or rather, trying and failing to write it for a couple of days now. I know why but I don't have the nerve to explain it yet. LOL. But, the point is that, finally after days and days of not being productive enough to write even a single line of code, I was able to finish the DTR module. yey! :D  The DTR module is where users, or rather, employees, will log in and out. Although supposedly that's it, I'm going to add more features, especially now that new requests are starting to pop out of nowhere. :D 

I was able to finish the whole module in 2 hours. That's like my personal new record. Gahd. I feel like a fucking retard. 

Anyway, here the other reason why I'm soo soo ecstatic.

You do know that I'll be joining Wordcamp Philippines 2008 right? I had a banner in here before, but since I changed themes, and this particular theme does not support sidebars and all, it's not here. But, yeah. Anyway, it's like the first Worcamp here in the Philippines and the second in Asia (I forgot where I read this) so, yes, it is a big deal for me. I registered for the even months ago after reading about it on someone's plurk and even went as far as ordering the t-shirt. 

Ah, the t-shirt (click here if you wanna see).  I ordered it early, but then paid late. I was told by Blogie that I didn't make it to the last batch, so chances are I won't be receiving the shirt in time before the Wordcamp event. I said that's ok, I mean, it's my fault right? It's not like it's his fault coz he didn't extend it long enough to include me in it. So anyway, in short, since Blogie said that, I wasn't expecting it till after Sept 6. 

Aha! BUt then.. dun dun dun dun!! :D I got it today!! :D It was a good thing that I looked up, because I prolly wouldn't have seen it otherwise. At first I thought it's for my husband, but then I thought that it's almost impossible, because my husband never gets packages like this (he's not into online shopping). My heart skipped a beat when I saw who it was from:

I won the T shirt design contest for the Anderson Ranch Art Auction this summer- it was slightly censored but fun anyway. This is a picture of everybody wearing my design. ha cool.

When I first got into the business of selling vintage clothing, the first place I joined was The eVintage Society. I came across it by pure accident, whilst doing a search for vintage clothing. From his early work to his later work with Betamaxxx (of which he is the co-founder) Cosmic Crack has carried his fascination with the unique and unusual into a wide range of multi-media artwork, including various installations,as well as design of concepts that are unsurpassed for their innovation and theoretical intergallactical flair.

All designs/graphics are handmade (no direct computer images), using a combination of cutting, sketching, painting, glueing, spirographs and photography,resulting in a more raw and deep collection.
