It's like a whole group of Andre 3000's, with the jump blues and swing elements entering more traditionally than in Andre's music. Some of the playfulness reminds me of Pigeon John as well.

There's something about music.

I got a call recently for a gig playing with a Swing band at the Hip Kitty Jazz Club in Claremont. I have been to this venue before and really liked the atmostphere and thought it was a real hip place, so naturally I was excited to get to play there. I said yes to the gig perhaps too soon. With gas costs to and from the rehearsal and performance, I woul be about breaking even. But, I figured, it would still be fun to play at such a cool venue.

The only available rehearsal space was the band leader's wife's salon. While driving up the street on my way to the rehearsal, I got a flat tire. That really set the mood perfectly for how the night would unfold. The drummer was also a sub, like me, as well as the bari sax player. I won't bore you with specifics, but the rehearsal was 3 hours of misery. For a swing band, we certainly didn't swing. The drummer in particular was all over the place. Beats were dropped right and left, the saxes were out of tune, all of my parts were written out note for note, and I was the youngest in the band by at least 40 years. As soon as the rehearsal was over, I bolted out the door to leave. But, alas, I still had a flat tire to change. I set about doing so when the band leader noticed my situation and did what he could to help. 2 other members of the band came out and helped me change my flat tire.

So, the gig was tonight. I had told all my friends how awful it was going to be. I had talked it up to be this horrible 4 hour performance that I was about to experience...for free.

When I arrived at the jazz club, after setting up, I was given my tie to wear for the evening. A black clip-on. Now, clip-ons are annoying enough, but even worse when it falls a good 2 inches short of your belly button. I looked absolutely ridiculous. It was okay though, after all the piano player more than made up for me with his tie extending 6 inches past his belt line. While checking the mics for the 3 singers we would play with, there was a tremendous amount of feedback, nearly causing the entire club to go deaf.

After an hour of swing dance lessons, it was time for the show to start. Bracing myself for the horrid evening ahead of me, I grabbed my bass and pulled out my music. Just then, in walks the jazz band director at my school, thus placing the proverbial cherry on top of the evening.

Perhaps it was because I had unbelievably low expectations for the evening that it was not at all what I anticipated. A few days before the band leader made the difficult decision to change drummers. I was overjoyed to hear it, but had no idea who his replacement would be. As it turns out, the new drummer was my favorite part of this entire gig. He was a solid drummer who keeps great time, has great ideas and and great communication. We really locked in together, unlike at the rehearsal with the other guy. All thoughout the night, we were solid. The saxes were late most of the time, and consistently out of tune, the piano could barely be heard, but the bass and drums were locked together solid.

There was primarily one couple dancing the entire night. A many nearing his 40s, but evidently apparently denying this fact was dancing with a girl not a older than 24, in a lovely dress, complete with a back tatoo. It seems that these two could not be more opposite. But they were dancing, very sensually I might add, uncomfortably so, to the music we were making. In between songs they would hold hands and during the breaks, they would talk at the bar. I thought their age gap a bit strange until later in the evening when I saw the man dancing with a completely different woman very sensually, uncomfortably so. This is all this man does. He follows women around, being as creepy as possible.

During one of the breaks, I grabbed a water from the bar and went outside to sit and chat with the other band members. In an interesting turn of events, during our break, a burlesque dancer came out and performed/stripped, much to the audience's encouragement.

After we had finished playing, the bari sax player and I talked about college. I told him about what I'm doing and where I go to school. He told me how he had wanted to do music when he was my age, but his parents frowned upon it and encouraged him to get a real job. So he went to school for 6 years and became a chemist, specializing in how to make different plastics. But just recently he decided that he wants to try music. He is currently enrolled at UC Fullerton, "trying" he said, "to do exactly what you're doing."

The night was full of ridiculous stories that I will cherish forever. It was a great night of music, at the very least for the drums and bass. I had a blast, and left with that feeling of ecstasy I get after playing jazz. The night turned out completely opposite from what I thought it would be. The band was so appreciative of me subbing for the bass player. I handed out 4 business cards to musicians in the audience. All of the guys who helped me change my flat tire asked me how my tire was holding up, and if I had gotten it looked at yet.

If this post seems a little scatter-brained, that's because it is. I'm a mix of so many feelings right now. Joy, relief, surprise, appreciation, shock, hope, the list goes on. Tonight was not at all what I anticipated. It was something so much greater. Yeah, I missed the premier of what could be the greatest movie of all time. Literally every one of my friends is seeing it right now. But, I got to experience something great, open some doors, laugh, and play music. What more could I ask for?

Oh, and I ended up getting more money than they originally told me. Not a whole lot, but it was definitely an appreciated surprise to end a great evening.

On a completely unrealted note, if you don't use Tide powdered laundry detergent, you should. You wouldn't believe how soft it makes your clothes. And it smells so good!

For those who like swing and/or blues music, I highly recommend Jools Holland's 'Best of Friends' album. It has a great mix, with some totally swing-able dance beats, and other slower blues classics. Featured on the playlist are guest duets with KT Tunstall, Bono, Sting, Norah Jones, Eric Clapton, and others (21 tracks!).

My favourite track is #10: an interpretation of Willie Dixon's "The Seventh Son". In the fifties, Dixon made links between blues and rock-and-roll. Jools Holland stays true to that ambition with a wonderfully foot-tapping rhythm, and superb vocals by Sting. I also just love the lyrics!

I'm looking at a video tape of my Swing Theory range work from last summer and autumn while the Open Championship is on, and I'm shaking my head in disbelief at what I'm seeing from nearly a year ago.

I had both Mindy Blake and Mike Austin's theories down last year, but I was mixing them together. I am looking at swing series from late September or early October, around the time I first started this blog when I thought I was very close to cracking the code to the perfect athletic swing, and I was so close, and yet so far away.

-----

Aside: The reasons I have so strenously advocated Mindy Blake and Mike Austin of late as the two men who knew the proper swing motion are numerous;

One, I had never heard of either Mindy or MIke when I began to study Ben Hogan and Moe Norman while building my own Swing Theory motion. And now, nearly three years into my journey, I am seeing from the video tapes I recorded over the last three years that, whatever I was doing or thinking, I was merely following in the footsteps of those two men, of whom I'd never heard before I began this blog.

Two, I have been a naturally-taught athlete in just about anything I ever did, meaning that my best results were achieved not by coaching but by simply observing the best in the field and modellng my actions alongside theirs. So, if I was studying my own body movements as an athlete to develop a swing motion, I would naturally agree with two men who were graduates of the Kinesiology field.

Three, the closer I got to cracking the code of the "Easy Swing," the closer my positons and motions came to Mindy Blake's own theory, and the closer I'm getting to cracking the code of the nuclear golf swing, the "Pulley-Leverage" motion, the closer my positions and motions are getting to Mike Austin's own swing theory.

Four, I have always been caught betwixt and between when hitting the different clubs, because there are different lengths and lies. I have come to believe that there are two different motions which are ideal for a golf swing, There is the easy-swinging motion, and there is the bombs-away motion. While it has taken me three years of much frustration and despair at times during my quest, because of the two motions differing in stance and positioning, I believe I've found two swing theories that prove my thesis- the two motions of Mindy Blake and Mike Austin.

I am not so arrogant (anymore) as to think I'm going to invent a perfect golf swing, because they already existed, in two forms. All I'm doing now, at this point, is trying to distill them both into a teachable method that anyone with even modest athletic competence can learn.

-----

So, in this swing sequence I'm watching, my address positions nearly exactly like the one that Mindy Blake argued for in his own swing theory, and this position naturally feels very comfortable, and I was able to hit beautiful short irons and wedges with the motion I had using this address position. That's why I am using this address position and stance in my "Easy Motion" Pendulum swing.

The unfortunate thing was that I found the swing I'm looking at to be inconsistent, and that's because I was instinctively using the "Pulley-Leverage" motion, which comes natural to anyone who is even an average athlete and has played baseball or any other swinging sport, which I did as a young lad.

The "Pulley-Leverage" motion, I know know, having seen video clips of Mike Austin, can not be performed consistently using the "Easy Swing" address and foot positions, because of the way the body must turn to create the leverage. This is what makes the two swings the same but different. They use the same priniciples, but different positions to achieve the required result.

So, nearly a year ago, I had a swing that was completely unworkable as a complete swing motion because it used the address position of one of my two swing motions, and the actual swing motion of the other swing.

The end result was that, as long as I swung easy, which one natually does with the wedges and short irons, I hit perfect shots. But the longer the clubs got, the more leverage I needed for power and distance, and the more inconsistently I would hit them.

I've been cursed with good hand-eye coordination, which has allowed me to swing in completely incorrect ways in the past and still, with a few swings to get the groove, make good, even great contact. But this is a talent shared by many of the world's "best" golfers, and their swings have never progressed because of that ability to make an incorrect motion work through sheer physical ability. This is a killer, because one never knows when one's rhythm will desert them.

Now that I've nailed down the "Easy Swing" motion, I'm hot on the trail of the absolute monster motion I've been seeking since I began my Swing Theory quest. I have a "Pulley-Leverage" motion already developed, but I'm after the Big Kahuna, I'm looking to decipher the code that Mike Austin cracked as far as Perfect Position Power, and I'm already beginning to see the positioning in my mind.

I'll be going back to the course after the weekend, and then I'll see how close I am.

Hehe, it's not a real reason friend :D

Tipe Data

Java mengenal 2 macam tipe data.

[sourcecode language='java']
package suhearie.blog.morehelloworld;

public class Kalkulator {

	public static void main(String[] args) {
if (args.length < 2) {
System.out.println("Penggunaan: java Kalkulator operand1 operand2");
}
else {
System.out.println("Hasil: 5");
}
}

}
[/sourcecode]

Kemudian lakukan langkah-langkah berikut:

Buat file source code.

Compile source code.

[sourcecode language='java']
package suhearie.blog.morehelloworld;

public class Kalkulator {

	public Kalkulator() {
System.out.println("Kalkulator baru saja dibuat");
}

	private int jumlahkan(String operand1, String operand2) {
int x = Integer.parseInt(operand1);
int y = Integer.parseInt(operand2);
int hasil = x + y;
return hasil;
}

	public static void main(String[] args) {
if (args.length == 2) {
Kalkulator myKalkulator = new Kalkulator();
int hasil = myKalkulator.jumlahkan(args[0], args[1]);
System.out.println("Hasil: "+hasil);
}
else {
System.out.println("Penggunaan: java Kalkulator operand1 operand2");
}
}

}
[/sourcecode]

Class KalkulatorEngine

[sourcecode language='java']
package suhearie.blog.morehelloworld;

public class KalkulatorEngine {

	public int hitung(String operasi, String operand1, String operand2) {
int x = Integer.parseInt(operand1);
int y = Integer.parseInt(operand2);
if (operasi.equals("tambah")) {
return tambah(x, y);
}
else if (operasi.equals("kurang")) {
return kurang(x, y);
}
else {
System.out.println("Kalkulator tidak mendukung operasi "+operasi);
return 0;
}
}

	private int tambah(int operand1, int operand2) {
return operand1 + operand2;
}

	private int kurang(int operand1, int operand2) {
return operand1 - operand2;
}

}
[/sourcecode]

Class Kalkulator

[sourcecode language='java']
package suhearie.blog.morehelloworld;

public class Kalkulator {

	private KalkulatorEngine engine = null;

	public Kalkulator() {
System.out.println("Menyiapkan engine");
engine = new KalkulatorEngine();
System.out.println("Kalkulator baru saja dibuat");
}

	private int hitung(String operasi, String operand1, String operand2) {
return engine.hitung(operasi, operand1, operand2);
}

	public static void main(String[] args) {
if (args.length == 3) {
Kalkulator myKalkulator = new Kalkulator();
int hasil = myKalkulator.hitung(args[0], args[1], args[2]);
System.out.println("Hasil: "+hasil);
}
else {
System.out.println("Penggunaan: java Kalkulator operasi operand1 operand2");
}
}

}
[/sourcecode]

Class KalkulatorGUI

[sourcecode language='java']
package suhearie.blog.morehelloworld;

import java.awt.event.*;
import javax.swing.*;

public class KalkulatorGUI extends JFrame {

	private KalkulatorEngine engine;
private JComboBox comboOperasi;
private JTextField txtOperand1;
private JTextField txtOperand2;
private JButton btnHitung;
private JTextField txtHasil;

	public KalkulatorGUI() {
System.out.println("Menyiapkan engine");
engine = new KalkulatorEngine();

		System.out.println("Menyiapkan GUI");
setTitle("Kalkulator GUI");
setContentPane(createGUI());
setupAction();
setSize(600, 100);
setDefaultCloseOperation(JFrame.EXIT_ON_CLOSE);
}

	private JPanel createGUI() {
JPanel panel = new JPanel();

		// Operasi
panel.add(new JLabel("Operasi"));
comboOperasi = new JComboBox();
comboOperasi.addItem("tambah");
comboOperasi.addItem("kurang");
panel.add(comboOperasi);

		// Operand1
panel.add(new JLabel("Operand 1"));
txtOperand1 = new JTextField();
txtOperand1.setColumns(5);
panel.add(txtOperand1);

		// Operand2
panel.add(new JLabel("Operand 2"));
txtOperand2 = new JTextField();
txtOperand2.setColumns(5);
panel.add(txtOperand2);

		// Tombol Hitung
btnHitung = new JButton("Hitung");
panel.add(btnHitung);

		// Hasil
panel.add(new JLabel("Hasil"));
txtHasil = new JTextField();
txtHasil.setColumns(5);
panel.add(txtHasil);

		return panel;
}

	private void setupAction() {
btnHitung.addActionListener(new MyActionListener());
}

	class MyActionListener implements ActionListener {
public void actionPerformed(ActionEvent event) {
String operasi = (String) comboOperasi.getSelectedItem();
String operand1 = txtOperand1.getText();
String operand2 = txtOperand2.getText();
int hasil = engine.hitung(operasi, operand1, operand2);
txtHasil.setText(String.valueOf(hasil));
}
}

	public static void main(String[] args) {
KalkulatorGUI kalkulator = new KalkulatorGUI();
kalkulator.setVisible(true);
}

}
[/sourcecode]

Selamat belajar !!

The family reunion was fun. We only went to the stuff that was in Heber. Gas is too expensive so we didn't venture up north for the rest of the reunion activities. The cabins we stayed in this time were nicer than the ones from a few years back, but we had to do everything ourselves- cooking, cleaning. I know, I know. We're spoiled. The consensus seemed to be that people preferred the not so nice cabins that we didn't have to clean to the nice cabins we had to clean and the cooking we had to do. It will be interesting to see where we end up next time.

Last night Laura and I finally had a chance to talk. We made plans to host Sara and Ron at out house

Last night Laura and I finally had a chance to talk. We made plans to host Sara and Ron at out house on Sunday night and I still wanted to get a few things off my chest from this weekend. I thought it would be a good time to discuss what I perceive as the rules of our playtime. I borrowed a lot of these from Swingerwife but I would imagine most of them are pretty standard in the swinging world.

1) Both of us have absolute veto power over who we play with. If one of us is not attracted to the couple in question, or we feel that there is no chemistry, then we don’t play with them. Period.

2) Either one of us has the right to “pull the plug” at any time, for any reason. Even if one (or both) of us is in the middle of playing; if the other says stop, we stop, end of story. For that matter, if one of us no longer wants to see a couple that we have played with, then its over.

Apparently Laura doesn't get this one. She asked what happens if she is mid sex with another person and she wanted to know why she should stop. Sometimes she really amazes me. Ultimately she ended up agreeing with this one.

3) No means no. This is the be-all, end-all rule in all swinging situations. No pressure, no forced anything, ever.

4) We do not compare our playmates to each other. This is hurtful and not necessary. The whole point of swinging is so that we can experience and enjoy other partners who will have different ways of doing things in bed.

We both agree that sometimes it's fun to discuss what the other partner was doing and what we liked and what we disliked. I don't think this is a hard and fast rule but obviously other peoples feelings are involved here so a little tact and sensitivity is in order.

5) Open and honest communication is an absolute must at all times. It is the only way that this sort of thing works.

6) In play itself, anything pretty much goes as long as our partners are comfortable with it.

7) We will not play without our partner present. Laura and I would both prefer that the people we play with be our friends. We are not talking about becoming BFF's but it is certainly important to click outside of the bedroom. A casual night out for dinner and drinks can be great foreplay. If you have been reading my Blog you know that Laura met with Sara and Ron this past weekend while I was away. I was a little uneasy about it. I decided that play would be defined as kissing, touching, oral, or any other intercourse.

"Ahhh I can't even kiss?", Laura sighed after reading the rules.

"Hell no! How would you feel if I was kissing another chick while you were away? I KNOW you wouldn't be happy.", I said.

Okay. Fine. What else can't I do?

What do you want to do?", I said half laughing half shocked that she was so into this.

Are Web Cams off limits?", She replied

Uhhhhhh no I guess web cams are cool. Why? Do you have something to tell me?

I ahhh well I like to watch guys on web cams.

What What What? Since when?

Well you can watch them on SwapperNET.

Serious? No Shit...So have you?

"I watched Ron today." , Laura said softly.

It's cool. It on the acceptable list!

7) Respect and honor all rules that the couples that we play with have with each other.

8) Safe sex ALWAYS! Condoms are used at all times. We are both

9) We will only have sex with our partner in the same room.

I told Laura I could possibly be persuaded to break this rule depending on the situation but for now I would feel more comfortable with her in the room.

Okay. I am relieved. We both agreed on the rules. Some people <Cough> Laura <Cough> were more reluctant than others. I tried to get her to sign her initials next to each rule (joking) but I was told that "Rules were meant to be Broken". After we discussed the rules we had some amazing sex. I am a little nervous about Sunday but....I can't wait!

Kolla in den här artikeln för lite bakgrund: Are You Hep to That Jive?: The Fan Culture Surrounding Swing Music.

The real challenge to my creative and critical faculties comes on the dance floor, when I have to bring it - to bring the right step at the right time, but with my own unique, creative twist.

Review: I saw this movie about four or five years ago, and I've been thinking of it ever since. I was finally lucky enough to get a hold of it, and to enjoy it once more. If this film doesn't come out as one of the top ten dramas of the 21st century, then it's just because not enough people know about it yet. But then again, to classify this as just a drama would be unfair. I'm also looking at an art movie, with serious black humor and social importance.

The story starts out with the family Chu, who runs a pig roasting shop in a Hong Kong shanty town. This isn't your ordinary family, mind you - but it is obvious that these people are content with their life. We also get introduced to a young couple a few shacks away. It soon becomes obvious that this 18 year old boy is the local pimp, and his girlfriend/merchandise is one of his plans to be something big in this world. As he goes out to meet a new hooker, he sends his own girl to an overnight stay at Mr. Chu - a regular customer. The connection between our characters is established. The hooker he meets calls herself Tung Tung, played by the marvelous Xun Zhuo. She shares her dreams with this guy, and he can't help but fall in love. This is no ordinary night.

From here, the story escalates. Tung Tung meets little Tiny Chu, who is deprived of friends as he has to work with the family business in his spare time. Tiny Chu welcomes Tung Tung with the happy-go-lucky naiveness of a child, and thus the web around our characters in this little shanty town is spun. This little quiet place on earth will never be the same again.

This is a story about family, friendship, dreams and love. But also about loss, social class and the development of a metropolis. This film is one of my all time favorites, and I would advice everyone to see it!

Work is very slow this morning, so I may just head out to the course today after all...if I do, I'm going to try out a concept I began to visualize yesterday while working out my long irons pre-shot routine. I'll call this concept, for want of a better term, the "Leverage Point."

Archemedes famously said, long ago, "Give me a lever long enough and a fulcrum on which to place it, and I shall move the world..."

I thought of that quote because of the what I visualize with this concept. I came up it with to ensure I have the correct address position, with the hands and body, and the correct balance and posture, with the long irons.

I use the same concept for every club from Driver to Wedge and I've always done it naturally, but have had trouble with the long irons on this until I worked it out (hopefully) yesterday. The greatest mystery in my swing motion, to me, has been how I could hit such massive long irons at times (remember hitting a 3-iron off the tee on a 400 yard hole and measuring the ball off at around 280 yards when it came to rest, and that was back in '97, my first year of lessons and serious playing, I've always used Mike Austin's Pulley-Leverage on my best shots, but until Swing Theory and studying Mike, I didn't know how to do it consistently) and then barely get them off the tee at other times. What I was missing was an established visual concept for hitting the long irons.

With an established concept that I can use for every club, I will expect to hit every club consistently once I have built this concept into an automatic part of my pre-shot address routine.

If things don't pick up shortly, I'll head out and try this new concept out and then I'll discuss it on the blog later if I'm right.

Long Drivers of America has a new Canadian chapter called, of course, Long Drivers of Canada, and they're holding their Canadian Long Drive competition later this month. Canadian bomber Jason Zuback will be there, and Sean "The Beast" Fister. Should be a good watch on television.

It made me start thinking, now that I'm just about finished my Swing Theory research and have incoporated Mike Austin's Pulley-Leverage technique into my Pendulum motion, that I might just give the autumn Long Drive competition a shot. Not the Canadian Long Drive, that's in a couple of weeks and I just ran across the website and dates yesterday, unfortunately, while looking for the Canadian qualifying venues for the regular Remax Long Drive competition later in the fall.

I had thought about entering last year when I was close to the Pulley-Leverage working it out on my own, before I had a chance to study what Mike Austin did, but this year, I've been concentrating so hard on the playing golf swing and not just the Drive bomb that it completely slipped my mind to check the events and dates until yesterday.

It would have been too early for me at any rate, because yesterday was the first time I started to wonder again exactly how far I can hit a golf ball.

My earlier post was about figuring a rock-solid pre-shot routine for the playing golf swing out on the course, and I mentioned hitting a bucket of balls with all my clubs before heading home to think things over.

Well, I started thinking about long-drive again because, while hitting the Driver and 3-metal, I really launched some huge balls.

And I mean long. I hit a few with the Driver that were so long and high, I had trouble following them against the bright sky and just looked along the grass horizon to see how far away they'd land.

I remember Mike Austin describing his 500 yard drive and how, when he hit it, instead of following the usual parabolic curve, the ball just seemed to float higher and higher into the air and just rode the following wind to forever. I hit a couple of balls yesterday that reminded me of what he said, I just stood there watching them sail higher and higher until I could barely see them against the sky. Yes sir, the Pulley-Leverage is a beautiful thing.

Now, I can tell you my drives certainly didn't go 500 yards, but they were mighty long.

I'm toying with going to the nearest long drive qualifier and plunking down my fee and hitting a few balls, with my regular-flex 45" graphite shaft KZG driver. Not to win or make it to the Remax World Championships in Vegas. Just to hit a few balls and have an official measurement of how far I can put them out there. With a regular playing Driver and not a special-made long-drive club.

Now, that would be putting my money where my mouth is.

The autumn qualifying closest to me is mid-September. That would give me two months to play golf, work out the Playing Pendulum, and maybe hit a bucket of Drivers every other day to get out the ol' aggression...

I'm going to think about it...

La velocidad de carga es confugurable, solo tienes q modificar el metodo "velocidadDeCarga", bueno, el resto del codigo  creoq es muy facil interpretarlo, aqui el fuente;

import javax.swing.*;
import java.awt.*;
/*DEMO POR INFORUX*/
public class PantallaCargando extends JWindow {
  BorderLayout borderLayout1 = new BorderLayout();
  JLabel imageLabel = new JLabel();
  JPanel southPanel = new JPanel();
  FlowLayout southPanelFlowLayout = new FlowLayout();
  JProgressBar progressBar = new JProgressBar();
  ImageIcon imageIcon;

  public PantallaCargando(ImageIcon imageIcon) {
    this.imageIcon = imageIcon;
    dibujaVentana();
  }

  public void dibujaVentana() {
    imageLabel.setIcon(imageIcon);
    this.getContentPane().setLayout(borderLayout1);
    southPanel.setLayout(southPanelFlowLayout);
    southPanel.setBackground(Color.BLACK);
    this.getContentPane().add(imageLabel, BorderLayout.CENTER);
    this.getContentPane().add(southPanel, BorderLayout.SOUTH);
    southPanel.add(progressBar, null);
    this.pack();
  }

  public void setProgresoMax(int maxProgress)
  {
    progressBar.setMaximum(maxProgress);}

  public void setProgreso(int progress)
  {
    final int progreso = progress;
        progressBar.setValue(progreso);}

  public void setProgreso(String message, int progress)
  {
    final int progreso = progress;
    final String theMessage = message;
    setProgreso(progress);
    progressBar.setValue(progreso);
    setMessage(theMessage);  }

  private void setMessage(String message)
{
    if (message==null){
      message = "";
      progressBar.setStringPainted(false);}
    else{
      progressBar.setStringPainted(true);}

    progressBar.setString(message); }

public void velocidadDeCarga(){
    for (int i = 0; i <= 100; i++)
    {
      for (long j=0; j<100000; ++j)//modifica el numero segun la velidad q desees
      {
        String poop = " " + (j + i);
      }
     setProgreso("" + i, i);  // si quieres q muestre los numeros y un mensaje
     //setProgreso(i); //si no quieres q muestre nada, solo la barra
   }
    dispose();}

}

import javax.swing.UIManager;
import javax.swing.ImageIcon;

public class PantallaCargandoMain {

  PantallaCargando screen;

  public PantallaCargandoMain() {
    inicioPantalla();
	screen.velocidadDeCarga();
  }

  private void inicioPantalla() {
    ImageIcon myImage = new ImageIcon("imagen/java.gif");
    screen = new PantallaCargando(myImage);
    screen.setLocationRelativeTo(null);
    screen.setProgresoMax(100);
    screen.setVisible(true);
  }

  public static void main(String[] args)
  {
    new PantallaCargandoMain();
  }
}

Ahora, puedes compilar (javac PantallaCargandoMain.java) y debe funcionar, o agregar estas  2 clases en la carpeta de tu aplicacion, y en la clase q inicias tu aplicacion, en el metodo  "main" de tu proyecto, incluye solo una linea;

new PantallaCargandoMain();

Y listo.

Aqui un pantallazo

PD: la imagen puedes descargar Aqui

Venga un saludo.

Drox, a commenter, has asked some great questions. We thought we’d answer with a new post. How’s that for killing two birds with one stone? Ah, there is nothing more satisfying than efficiency. Ok, maybe dips in a hot tub and some orgasms, but you know what we mean…

- Where/How might I find like-minds, without feeling obligated to participate? Are there clubs that host discrete meet-and-greets?

Well, that is why we’re here! To tell ya! We have never been “single” in the lifestyle, and our single friends were once part of couples in the lifestyle, so we really don’t know of any single females who came in on their own to give you examples. However, a lot of our experience can be used here.

Our first suggestion is use the internet. There is a host of information out there. We recommend finding an online group, like a Yahoo group or swingers board, that has like minded folks in it. It may take some time to find the exact one. Also, hot the swingers date sites. A number of them have internal groups, some social and some sexual, that can provide some information and meet-and-greets. We used to have a Yahoo Group called Lake Jackson Lifestyles in which we had message boards and meet and greets.

If you live in the boonies or in, oh, a very religious community, you may have to travel some to find a group or social. In more urban environments, you’ll find groups meeting around the corner. The hosts should be able to answer any questions you have long before the meets. If they refuse or are very cryptic in what they say, stay away! Honesty and openness should be a priority. If it feels wrong, it is. Get another opinion.

Some couples and singles will just meet up at a hotel room. They may not appreciate gawking in such an intimate environment. Again, the host should be able to tell you what they find acceptable. Go to a club or meet and greet first. Meet and mingle. Make new friends. Unless you just want anonymous sex, go for it.

As for anonymous sex, if that’s what you want, there are so many other places to go and do that require a lot less effort. Which brings us to “safe” sex. AIDS, STDs, and unwanted pregnancies can and do happen. Be smart about it. Know your limits and always no the limits of others and all the risks involved. Riskier play, like BD/SM and kink, usually have their own rules and decorum, so seek that information out long before showing up on the scene.

Every club we ever been to was a comfortable setting in which we could participate or not. We have only been to two on-premise clubs, and we never were pressured to participate. We typically did not attend those as we enjoyed the more sensual off-premise clubs. House parties were much more comfortable for group play in our view.

- How do you find one that suits your taste? (i.e. I like a thicker male body, porn, alcohol/light-drugs, and would not mind a heavier male to female ratio….I feel as if what would turn me on in an orgy may be too specific to find?)

If you like men meatier (thank you, thank you, thank the maker there are women out there. Mr. S is SO very happy about that), there are groups that specialize in the heavier folk. Just keep your eye out for that, although, really, when it comes to cock, a cock is cock. Does he know how to use it? Does it look sexy, or does it look like a pincushion or mangled chew toy? Is it bigger than a Louisville Slugger?

Drugs are illegal. That’s all we should say about that. Never, ever give a reason to have the Man ruin everyone’s fun. Our personal opinion is that someone blitzed on booze or other is usually too out there to be any fun anyway. We’ve seen the X dealers in the bathrooms, the track marks or blisters on the floor junkies, and the ambulance runs when the lame-o passes out due to too much booze in swing and non-swing clubs. Its never any fun, ruins the mood, and gets the law and media involved. A narc or undercover will ruin your fun and reputation real quick. Be smart and keep it fun and safe for everyone.

We see meet ups and house-parties advertised all the time on message boards and swing sites. Again, if you live in Idaho Falls, ID, it’s probably not going to happen a lot. If you live in Manhattan, it probably happens daily. To the inter-tubes you go! Remember, its ok to be nervous. If you are scared, there is probably good reason…

- As a woman (and first-timer), is it OK to attend an event or club alone? I’m concerned about safety, but I don’t know anyone that I’d be comfortable asking to accompany me.

We say: find an off-premise club near you and go one night. Most have single ladies specials on certain nights. In Houston, since weeknights are off-nights, that’s when you could go and check it out as there usually aren’t big crowds. We find that the better clubs are own and run by couples and singles in the lifestyle and they are very positive people. Email or call them and get to know them. Let them know your concerns. They can usually arrange to meet with you at the club, especially on the slower nights and chat a little. They usually are busy, but should have time for a new customer. Some clubs are weekend only, but still should be ok. Always check with other couples from the sites and groups that go. Find out the clientele. IF they are the Ferrari type and you show up in a pickup, you may feel out-of-place. Conversely, if beer is the favorite local swill and you like martinis, you might find a different place.

Always dress hot but not too provocatively. Mrs. S made the mistake of dressing very conservatively on our first visit (think Velma from Scooby-Doo). She was chastised (playfully) by other women in the restroom. Conversely, a bras and crotch-less panty may not be appropriate either. Shoot for the middle the first time. Weeknights usually are more work attire oriented anyways. Always ask if you are unsure!

Do you go to bars and clubs by yourself? If you are comfortable to do so, go. Clubs of all types typically offer escorts to your car or taxi at night. If not, a nice tip to the bouncer will assure you get to your car safely. If you are able to network and meet people before hand, all the better. Just depends on your personality and safety limits. Keep a sober head on the first night to keep you safe, too. Just a suggestion.

Hope that helps. Again, we haven’t that much experience in the single scene. Single females are extremely popular with couples and single men, so you should fit right in. Especially if you are interested in the bisexual side. Whoo hoo!

We’ll add a tab with some links to other blogs and groups that may help you, probably later this evening (have run out of lunch time J).
