Even though my invites to social events in SL have declined dramatically since the whole "Dane is a married man and damn it I am telling the world" scandal, this Diva is not going to hide in the closet. None other than the fabulous The FAC run by Bowyer Hawks. I met Bowyer way way way back at the now defunct "Virtual Festival", which was my favorite venue for electronic music during my early days in SL. Bowyer was a noobie and was still wearing the helmet head system hair but this Diva changed his life, I just know it! I took him to the now defunct "Trash Palace", my favorite haunt for electronic music for over a year till its untimely death last spring. Soon after Bowyer created FAC and the rest is history!

I often party at the FAC - the crowd is diverse and interesting. The FAC has many regulars including the ever so entertaining Sunday Jarvis (a hot little swedish thing) and style maven Lolla Honi. And since FACers are known to indulge in pharmaceuticals from time to time, the conversations can run the gamut from high brow philosophical discussions to in depth descriptions of the features and usage of human genetalia. In other words, there is room for all discussions at the FAC.

So enough about the FAC, lets talk fashion. For my look this evening I chose the "Sasha" dress in Olive Green from DeLa and my heels are from a little known place called Armidi. Believe me Divas when I say all eyes were on me! More details on the ensemble and where to shop are below:

I'm really no penny-pinching poor person, but 6,50 € for a little glass of Vodka Lemon is basically over the top. I understand high prices if there's an expensive band playing live and you have to make up for your expenses, but at the Stahlwerk, they only had a DJ, not even some band playing or anything like that! Sucks! As well as the 75% of unfavourably dressed girls.

The music: It was alright. We didn't spend too much time indoors, because it was frickin' hot, but I guess we also didn't miss the songs of for the win. The DJ played alicenine.'s "Kowloon", X JAPAN's "X" and Gackt's "Vanilla", so there was enough variety for every type of J-rock fan.
